What the product is

COIOps scores certificates of insurance against templates you use. A certificate is not the policy. A document score is not live carrier verification, not legal advice, and not a broker’s opinion. A status in the software is not a legal right to withhold payment.

The sample

The sample login is one shared organization for demonstration. It is not your company, not a Free subscription, and not a place to store real vendor files. We may reset that data at any time.

Prices

Free $0 up to 8 vendors, Starter $79/mo up to 25, Growth $149/mo up to 50, and Ops $249/mo up to 100 are list prices. Square hosted checkout is in the app after sample login. It charges a card only when Square credentials are configured on the server. This site does not collect card numbers. Features marked coming soon are not part of what you can use today.

Vendors

We do not charge vendors an annual fee to send a certificate.

Acceptable use

Do not upload malware, do not attempt to break into the service, and do not use the shared sample as the system of record for a real project. Do not present a document score as proof of coverage to an owner, a lender, or a court.

As-is

The site and the sample are provided as-is. We do not warrant that a score is complete or that a blocked status will stop a crew in another system.
