# COIOps

> COIOps is a certificate-of-insurance vault and hard job-gate for general contractors and property managers with about 5–50 vendors. Undercut bloated COI trackers with honest document scoring — not live carrier verification.

COIOps (product metaphor **COIGate**) stores vendor certificates, scores them against your requirement templates, chases renewals when mail is configured, and exposes the same flows to office agents over authenticated HTTP MCP. A certificate on file is not the insurance policy. Gate status is not legal advice about withholding payment.
