What this site collects

The marketing pages do not run a third-party analytics script. The contact form does not post to our server. It opens your email app. If you email us, we receive whatever you put in that message: typically your name, company, vendor count, and the question.

The sample app

The interactive sample is one shared shop. Anyone with the sample login sees the same seeded records. Do not upload real certificates, real policy numbers, or real vendor contact details there. Those files would not be private to you.

If you become a customer later

A real account, when it exists, would store certificates, the vendor contacts on them, and the document score. That account does not exist on this site yet. We do not sell personal information.

Deletion

Email support@coiops.com and ask us to delete a message you sent. We will delete what we still have in that inbox, except where we have to keep it for a legal claim or a security incident.

Hosting

The marketing site is hosted on Vercel. The sample database in this repository is a local SQLite file, not a statement about production encryption at rest.
